Ingredients
- 1 cup parboiled white rice
- 2 ½ cups of water
- 1 tbs olive oil or avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt (or to your taste)
- place rice in the microwave for 10 minutes with the lid on
- take the rice out of the microwave, let stand, and steam (lid on) for 10 minutes
