Bahama Breeze's Jamaican Jerk Grilled Chicken Wings (copycat) Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups Caribbean jerk marinade (your favorite)
- 3 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons scallions, sliced
- 5 lbs whole chicken wings, thawed
- Jamaican Jerk Spice (dry rub/ as needed)
“Marinade the Wings”
- Mix in a bowl (garlic, thyme, ground allspice, water, scallions).
- Add Chicken Wings to a bowl and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator and apply Jamaican Jerk Spice (dry rub/ as needed)
- Lay wings on a sheet pan with the wingtips face down.
- Bake the wings at 400ºF for 40 - 45 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy.
Garnishment:
Slice 4 pineapples into a thin disc and Serve.
