How To Make Chowder

Ingredients:
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced

- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (old bay)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (optional)
- 1/2 pound bay scallops (optional)
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped bacon bits (optional)
Directions:
