Chinese TAKEOUT Fried Chicken Wings | Secret Ingredients
This Chinese Fried Chicken Wings recipe includes ingredients for 16 whole chicken wings. At iHeartFoodie we tried this recipe and it came out delicious. This recipe was inspired by cooking channel. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients:
16 Whole Chicken Wings2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoon Chinese Cooking Wine
2 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
2 Large Egg
6 Tablespoon Cornstarch
4 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
Directions:
- Apply all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
- Ingredients should be wet
- Apply wet ingredients to chicken wings
- Refrigerate overnight for best results
- Chicken must be at room temperature before frying (don’t cook cold)
- Heat grease at 350 degrees and Fry chicken wings for 6-10 minutes or until golden brown
- Let stand for 5 minutes or until cool enough to eat
