Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
Delicious Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms with crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and a savory filling. Perfect appetizer for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 12 large mushroom caps, cleaned and stems removed
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and garlic powder together.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese and bacon mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
