Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Chips, crackers, or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using).
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
