Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Chips, crackers, or celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using).
