Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the pizza dough with olive oil, then spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing over the crust.
  4. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until it’s well coated. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the pizza.
