Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from pan and slice into strips.
- In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Top with sliced chicken and garnish with chopped parsley.
