Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from pan and slice into strips.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with chopped parsley.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine!
