Seven Layer Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa (chunky or smooth, your choice)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Optional: tortilla chips or veggies for dipping

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish or serving platter.
  2. Spread the guacamole evenly over the layer of refried beans.
  3. Spread the sour cream over the guacamole in an even layer.
  4. Add a layer of salsa over the sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.
  6. Top with chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, and green onions for the final layers.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
