Spicy Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 large red bell pepper, roasted
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Roast the red pepper if using fresh, or use jarred roasted red peppers.
