Spicy Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe

A bold and flavorful hummus recipe made with roasted red peppers, a touch of sweetness, and a hint of spice. Perfect for entertaining or meal prep!

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large red bell pepper, roasted
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons water

Instructions
